Training in Tang Soo Do at Eastern Shore Karate and Fitness has been an awesome experience for our family. Each class is filled with energy and excitement, bringing us closer together as we learn new skills and techniques in an engaging environment tailored for all skill levels, making participation easy for everyone. We have seen boosts in our fitness and confidence, all while having fun. I highly recommend Eastern Shore Karate and Fitness!

My son and brother recently joined this karate class, and I can’t express how much they’re enjoying it! The instructor is incredibly skilled and patient, making learning martial arts a breeze. The camaraderie among the students is fantastic, creating a supportive and motivating environment. They feel more confident and physically fit after just a few weeks of training. I came across this please during toby county fair, my kids brought back flyer. Mr. Bob has been stern with a Braedyn, but understanding and letting him know his place. My daughter gym teacher, said I had know idea Kristyn does karate. She teaches the class something she learns new every week. The children in class loves it. So I know Eastern Shore Karate & Fitness was mean to be.

I’m very happy I came across this place! I stopped by during the open house last month and my son immediately took interest. The instructors are wonderful and make sure to truly give 1 on 1 attention, making sure the students are engaged & understanding the movements. I couldn’t be happier that we joined, I’m looking forward to our youngest joining in on classes as well.
